My husband and I started taking Martial Arts February 1st. This is something that I have always wanted to do since I was a child but never had the opportunity to do until now. It is the best thing I could have done for myself. I was really out of shape when I started this class and I can already see the improvement in my health and fitness. I think about Kung Fu all the time. I like to practice at work during my lunch hour and have little notes taped to my monitor to help me remember what we have learned in class. Of course everyone teases me and says they aren't going to make me mad! I like the family environment at Meng’s and I have made new friends. Everyone is so nice here. Master Meng is a wonderful teacher and watching him display his skills is just awesome to witness. It encourages me to train harder.

That's Great Jennifer. Thanks for sharing. Master Meng's skills and knowledge are impressive. He is truly a positive role model to me. You also have a great idea with the notes. I do my best to record what we do in class.
See you, and your husband in class.

Jennifer, I totally agree with you about the way that sifu teaches. Sifu has an way of teaching that makes me fell like I can't miss class because everything he gives is so vital to my martial arts growth. I am constantly writing notes and going home and studying them because his way of teaching attaches to my brainwaves in a positive way. I have seen for myself the truth behind his teachings and I still am experiencing different enlightenments. MISSY
