The forum will do this automatically. You can select to be notified of new postings on boards. At the bottom of each board there is a notify button you can click. Anything you post and there is a reply to you should be auto notified. If you are not getting these check your account settings.

scroll to the top..... there is a "notify" button on right hand corner of box that starts the forum/typing area. It is in between "mark read" and "new topic". You have to be logged in to see it. It is also at the bottom right.
