I have found that one of the most important ways to find success in your own life, as well as in your family life is to set goals.  You can set small and large goals.  Short term and Long term goals.  I am continually setting goals for myself and trying to acheive them throughout my training.  I do not set my goals based upon how one of my Sihingdai is doing compared to me.  I only strive for my own personal best.  This also has to do with "everyone is different".  My goals will not be the same as a person studying for 25 years.  My goals will also not be the same as someone who has been studying for two months.  Reguardless how long I study I will always be setting goals.  Right now I have 1mo., 3mo., 6mo., 1yr., 3yrs., 5yrs., and 10yrs. goals.  So far I have found that I work harder to achieve goals, when I set specific goals.
