I have known Sifu Aaron McKillip for about 1 year.  I work part time at the Hotel with him on the weekends as an Off-Duty Police Officer in Kansas City, Missouri.

Just from being around Sifu Aaron, I have learned a lot about a great many things.  He has had a big affect on me.  My wife and I actually went to the store together for the first time in a long time and shopped for food.  We bought food for the whole house.  The kids weren't very happy because we didn't buy junk food, but that's ok.  It's better for everyone in the long term.
I stopped drinking beer.  My wife has helped me with that by going to the store with me.  Sifu Aaron told me about how not getting a lot of sleep and not taking vitamins can have a dramatic affect on my body and mind, as well as my energy.  So I went out and got some vitamins + some extra B vitamins like Sifu Aaron suggested.  I also started getting more sleep.  I am amazed at the difference.  My wife told me that she has been trying to tell me these things for a long time, so she is happy that there is someone there to help me see these things.

Sifu Aaron is someone that walks the walk and doesn't just talk the talk.  You can tell he lives the life.  I wish I had the money and the time to study with him.  I know I could learn a lot.

I saw him use his Kung Fu skills one time to stop a fight.  I was very impressed.  He was able to stop two guys from fighting while I was upstairs on another call until I got there to help.  I saw everything on the security camera video later.  He was very calm and cool the whole time.  You could tell he was ready for anything.
