After forty plus hours of physical training, academic, business and over ten hours of social and fun later, another Dayton HKB ICP training went into history. Master Lin arrived safely Friday afternoon, after a quick lunch we went straight to the HKB of Dayton started my level II instructors training. Under my Suhu's guidance within a short time (one year). My skills have doubled the power as well as skill and knowledge. Keep in mind that I already had training with many of the most famous teachers of other WC lineage close to 30 years. The instructors level's program advance training is amazing, there are still so much more to go. The system itself is truly amazing. After the private training, we met up with Sifu Sajid from Chicago. Sifu Sajid is a  professional athlete for 10 plus years in martial arts. He is a international Wushu champion from India. Also a professional Sifu and fitness expert highly experienced in training, teaching and coaching. His trip down this time was focus on the HKB instructors candidate program interview. Rest of the night together we discuss school managements and teaching methodology. Then we headed out to the airport again to pick up Sifu Brad from Houston. He is our ICP candidate in Texas.

The HKB ICP training consisted art/system, management/business/marketing and self development training this weekend. Saturday morning we met up at the Centerville location, where we officially started the four day ICP training. In attendance, we had Sifu Brad Ryan from Texas, Sifu John Lambert from Cincinnati, Sifu Missy Pruden from Dayton, Xan and Kevin. The morning session consisted advanced level of SJP training, stances, footwork and teaching methodology. We broke for lunch and then it was more training for another four hours. We had a special dinner with the students in honor of Grand Master Lin, as well as celebrating the Chinese New Year. A delicious Chinese banquet  with special New Year's greeting, where Grand Master presented everyone with lucky red envelope. After dinner we went back to my house, where the training continued, but the topic was focused more on school management, marketing, teaching methods....etc. Everyone was truly amazed how complete the instructors course was.

Sunday  we got up early. Our training sessions started at 9:30 am in Centerville. First half of the day was special training along with the student bodies. There were more than 20 of us. Grand Master Lin took his time and individually help out each individual and gave a detail answering and questions sections with the students. After lunch break. It was ICP training again for about three hours before we went back to my house for another Chinese banquet. This time it was Chinese home cooking from my father, as most of my students know that he is a master chef. He cook special dishes, that is  significant  and customary for the Chinese New Year. After the party we finished the interview process with Sifu Sajid. I am happy to announce that Grand Master and myself accepted him as a new ICP from Chicago.

Monday, we started early as usual, where we spent over five hours of training with the Grand Master on level I and II ICP materials. Overall it was a great weekend with many celebrations.

At the end of the day when it comes to martial arts, we all are very lucky and have a lot to give thanks for.

Personally for myself, after almost 18 years of my global research, I discover the hidden secret of martial system/art and a place call home in Wing Chun. It is call HKB Eng Chun. The points below are my personal perspective.

Consider all the points:
1. Our HKB system/art has strong historical evidence--it is not base on myth.
2. Our system is both internal and external martial arts.
3. Our system contain the three Shaolin treasures of wisdom, health and martial arts.
4. Our system is completely unique in its technical knowledge, its use of energy.
5. Our system have reach maximum efficient, where nothing can be added or subtracted.
6. Our leaders are highly skillful, humble, honorable with strong principles, sense of mission beyond themselves for the art.
7. Our whole martial art family is growing fast together with dedicated members ( since we went full time in promoting HKB under the leadership of GM Lin in less that two years ago, it is in 11 counties now already).
8. Our members are becoming skillful in the HKB system/art.
9. Our HKB's original principle/philosophy/wisdom of the system still is intact.
10. Our system is about compassion, harmony and eliminate illusion. Its one of the highest skill in HKB.
